Physical therapy again today.
Upward ankle flex ability was -10, then -8 when she measured again right after, and -7 by the end of the session, which is good since it means I’m sustaining the previous progress since oftentimes people lose what they gained at PT. For reference, it started out at -25 on the first day. The last 10-15 degrees will probably be harder though. Based on what I feel, I’m pretty sure I can remove the last few paddings and keep my foot flat in the cast/boot, which should help.
As for new exercises, it’s using this flexible band thing to pull my foot up so my foot can flex against it, or keep it down on the floor with my other foot to do the same and also stretch outwards.
