Physical therapist appointment today. My ankle mobility’s improved a bit for flexing upwards. After some massaging it was down to less than -10 degrees. Normal is supposed to be about +5 to +10 I think.
A few new things to do, one is to flex my ankle with my hands (40 reps), and the other is to just hold it flexed up for about 30 seconds using something like a towl (3 reps).
